How to help

Thank you for your interest in supporting the work of the Romanian Association of the Blind - Brasov Branch.

This year, we are trying to help over 2,500 of the county's most needy people.

One of the best ways you can make a difference to the lives of these people is to make a financial contribution to support our efforts.

The Romanian Association of the Blind - Brasov Branch is a non-governmental organization and depends on donations to fulfill its mission and carry out its work.

When you make a donation you can choose to donate to one of our main activities, or to make a general donation, not earmarked for a specific activity.

These donations which don't have a specific destination  are essential to enable us to help people in desperate need, but for whom it can be difficult to raise funds as their plight is no longer in the news.

The 2% Fundraising Campaign

The day of May 15, 2006 ended the period in which Romanian tax payers had the possibility to redirect 2% of their 2005 income tax to a non-governmental organization.

We would like to use this opportunity to thank everyone who choose to redirect this amount to our association.
